Squiggle Co provides graphic design and creative services, including (but not limited to):
- Brand design
- Visual identity
- Digital and print design
- Creative consultation
Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Quotes & Acceptance
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- Work begins once written acceptance is received
- We reserve the right to decline work outside the agreed scope
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be stated in your proposal or invoice
- Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may result in work being paused
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A reasonable number of revisions is included
- Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges
We encourage clear feedback to keep projects running smoothly.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply content and assets on time
- Review and approve work promptly
Delays in feedback or materials may affect timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
Before payment
All work remains the property of Fox and Blue Limited.
After full payment
Upon receipt of full payment:
- Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client
- Drafts, concepts, and unused work remain our property
Portfolio use
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Third-Party Materials
Where third-party assets (e.g. fonts, stock imagery) are used:
- Licensing terms remain with the original provider
- Clients are responsible for ongoing licence compliance unless agreed otherwise
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by written (including email) notice.
If termination occurs:
- Work completed to date must be paid for
- No refunds are provided for completed work
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other matters that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Copy or redistribute content without permission
